Join the 2027 Harvest List

We expect our next harvest dates to land sometime in Summer/Fall 2027 — but that's not locked in. Signing up here doesn't reserve a date or require a deposit; it helps us plan inventory and reach out the moment new dates are confirmed.

We run small batches on purpose — it's the only way we can guarantee every animal meets our standard. Once you've ordered with us, you're what we call a 'steakholder,' and steakholders always hear from us first. You're only a new customer once, though — sign up below, and you'll be right behind our existing steakholders for the next call.

We use this to estimate your shipping cost ahead of time including the goal of providing free shipping outside of our service area if the delivery routes allow.

2027 pricing — locked. This is the price you'll pay, not an estimate. Your final invoice is your actual hanging weight × $9.25/lb, and a half will never exceed $2,850 no matter how the animal finishes.

Transparent Pricing. No Surprises.

We price by hanging weight — that's the weight of the beef after harvest, before butchering. Our rate is a flat $9.25 per lb hanging weight

(Already a "steakholder?" Your 2027 price is $8.75/lb — our thanks for buying before. We'll apply it automatically)

Here's what a half beef looks like based on our actual herd averages:

We set this price in advance and we hold it. Cattle prices moved a lot this year — retail beef is up 16–19% — and we're holding our increase to 9.5%.

Premium Steaks for the Price of Ground Beef.

When you buy a whole or half beef, every cut — Ribeyes, Filets, New York Strips — comes in at roughly $14–15/lb in your freezer. At the grocery store, grass-fed grass-finished cuts like these run $35–$60 per pound.

Here's how: you pay $9.25/lb on the hanging weight — the carcass before the butcher gets to work. After cutting, trimming, and packaging, you take home 60–65% of that as freezer beef. The exact yield depends on your cut choices — bone-in steaks and roasts retain more, boneless and trimmed cuts lose more. Either way, it works out to roughly $14–15/lb ($9.25 ÷ 0.62–0.65 = ~$14.23–$15.42) for every cut in the box.

A half or whole beef is the most inflation-proof way to stock your freezer. Lock in today's price, eat like a king all year.
